Netaji Khandagale, Chartered Engineer (B.E. Civil, LL.B), founded Sahyadri Construction in the year 2000 — but the engineering came first. Seven years on national infrastructure projects like Konkan Railways, dams, ports, and tunnels shaped the same structural discipline that now goes into every redevelopment and residential project Sahyadri builds.

His leadership blends technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision, shaping Sahyadri Group into a trusted name in real estate development across Pune and Solapur.

Today, that same engineering discipline is carried forward by a second generation, so societies who bring us their redevelopment aren't relying on one person's tenure — they're working with a firm built to outlast it.
